Yoshie & Simon met each other a few years ago. Simon’s grandfather worked for a car company that had business with Japan. Growing up with this influence made Simon want to learn Japanese.  He was introduced to Yoshie, who would become his teacher, by their common friend. (I happen to know this common friend. The world is small!) Things clicked between them very easily and they decided to marry.

After having a wedding in Japan they wanted to do it all over again for the people who couldn’t make it the first time. Because of the loveable uncertainty of weather in Melbourne, they had to change their venue at the last minute, but everything went perfectly. Simon told me in the end ‘Today was just perfect. Yoshie looked beautiful. Everything was perfect..’ He seemed very content and was filled with happiness and of course, relieved!

It was so great to be a part of your wedding. Congratulations to both!
