What stood out to me about Lydia and James was their quiet confidence and natural humility. Both accomplished in their respective fields, yet they carried themselves with a grace that is so quintessentially English—unassuming, modest, and understated. This quiet strength and modesty, a hallmark of British character, is my favourite part of English culture. Lydia’s timeless elegance and James’s classic charm made them the perfect match.
